  1. Great artwork, intriguing story line, good character affinity for the protagonist, all in all I d recommend vol 1 2 of this series worthy of 4 5 stars It s written for a young audience, but because of the subject matter it s rated as 16 Unfortunately, I can t take the horror genre, especially hack and slash gore So sad, but there it is, so 2 stars.

  2. 3. Really felt like filler and considering this is only three volumes I m confused as to why there needed to be filler I think the idea behind it is superb but there is a lack of execution and not a good flow of the story there was unnecessary gore and blood in this one strictly for shock value but not quite as much as in the first volume I m glad it s only three volumes and I want to see how it ends.Books and Ladders Books Are My Fandom Twitter Instagram Bloglovin

  4. A high concept book with poor execution I d like to stop reading the series here, but I see in another review that the next volume is the last My local library has it on order, so my compulsive nature forces me to put it on hold and see how it ends.
