I get that this is supposed to be I think an homage to the old EC comics, but it felt a little off It might be that the pulpy style of the original works for its typical 8 page short story format but wears thin when it s stretched over four issues Same goes for the twist ending So much else has happened, it feels anticlimactic at this point.


  2. I loved this interesting noir horror story of revenge of the 30 s and 40 s Gangsters, a Gypsy carnival witch, and a crusading radio commentator are illustrated in a style reminiscent of the 50 s Pre Code comics I grew up reading Highly recommended.
